Do You Want To Rent Out Your Property?

If you have a property that you'd like to rent out, my 4-step process will ensure that you get the best rental price and widest property exposure to qualified tenants.  

Step 1 - You will receive a written rental market analysis showing rental rates for similar properties in your area.

Step 2 - Your rental property will be entered into our local Multiple Listing Service (MLS), giving it immediate exposure to hundreds of my real estate colleagues who also are working with prospective tenants.

Step 3 - Applications will be taken from prospective tenants (to include their authorization to have a 3rd party service furnish their credit reports and criminal background checks).

Step 4 - Once you have selected an applicant, I will prepare the lease for landlord/tenant signatures; funds will be delivered to you for the first and last month's rent plus one month's security (and other deposits, if any), minus the brokerage commission prior to tendering the keys and giving possession of the property to the tenant.
